Every plan includes everything. You pay for people barua knows something about, and an email address with no history is free, because barua can't help a stranger.
There are no feature gates here. A store with 2,000 people gets the same brain, the same review queue, and the same holdout measurement as a brand with 75,000. The only thing that changes is how many people barua is working for.
| Plan | People | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Launch | up to 2,000 | €99 |
| Starter | up to 5,000 | €199 |
| Growth | up to 12,500 | €449 |
| Pro | up to 30,000 | €899 |
| Scale | up to 50,000 | €1,299 |
| Custom | 50,000 and up | from €1,300 |
Your sending tool charges for the list. Somebody still has to decide what to say, to whom, and when. That somebody is usually you, on a Tuesday night, or an agency on a retainer. barua is priced against that work, not against the sending.
Ten hours of writing, briefing and scheduling is a conservative estimate for a brand sending two campaigns and running a few flows. Agencies quote €2,000 to €5,000 a month for the same job.
Someone with an email address and at least one real thing barua can write from: a visit, a cart, an order, a signup they didn't finish. An address with no history behind it doesn't count and doesn't cost anything, because there is nothing to compose from. If somebody unsubscribes, your bill goes down.
Nothing breaks. You move up a plan after you have been over the line for two months in a row, so one good December doesn't change your bill.
The allowance scales with your plan and works out around one message per person per month. Based on how the pipeline gates sends, we expect a normal month to use a fraction of it, though we will have measured numbers rather than estimates once more brands are running. It is not a target to hit. Only how many people you have changes your plan, never how much barua sent, so going over the allowance starts a conversation with us instead of a bigger invoice. Someone in their first week hears from barua more often than someone who has been around a year, so if your base is mostly new, tell us and we will ramp it.
No. There is a 30-day money-back guarantee instead. If barua hasn't earned its place in a month, write to us and we refund it.
Yes, at ten months for twelve.
For order confirmations and shipping updates, yes, and those usually come from your shop platform anyway. For campaigns and flows, no. That is the part barua takes over.
In the EU. Everything a visitor types is masked in the browser before it leaves their device, raw session data expires after 30 days, and profiles are built from your site alone.
