Add one pixel to your store or app. barua profiles each visitor from what they do and decides who's worth emailing. It writes that email itself, in your voice, and sends it at the moment they'd read it.
You open every handwritten letter. When did you last open every email?
Everyone on your list gets the same subject line on the same Tuesday. barua composes each email from what that one person did, in your voice and their language. It writes to your own visitors and customers. No journey builder, no campaign calendar, no cold outreach, no bought lists.
What barua notices is for deciding. The composer's standing rule: name the thing someone made or the step they started, never the pages they looked at.
Hi Jonas,
You set up your site on Monday and stopped at the domain step. Fair enough. DNS is nobody's favorite part.
It's two records. I've written them out for your registrar here, copy-paste ready. Five minutes and you're live.
Best,
Pagevik
Every draft lands in the queue, the email beside the reason it exists. You approve it, or you reject it, and every judgment counts toward the trust barua has earned. The first sends are all yours to approve; a streak of them earns auto-send, and each kind of email needs its own first yes.
No event taxonomy and no fields to map. The snippet picks up pages, clicks, products, and carts on its own: products from the markup your site already publishes, carts from your shop platform's own events.
One script tag, and capture starts. Every visitor becomes a profile of what they actually did.
Logo and colors come off your site. You look it over and say yes.
When there's something useful for one specific person, the message gets drafted (email today, SMS next). A plain-text playbook you can edit steers what gets encouraged.
barua drafts the brand pack from your site, the logo and colors already yours. It picks up how you write along the way, and steers every draft toward that voice. Forward any email you've ever sent, and its exact layout becomes your template, HTML and all. Mail goes out from your own domain, as you.
Most email tools are paid to send more. barua decides whether to send at all, and "no" is a normal answer, logged with a reason. Someone who hears from you twice a year, both times usefully, opens both. That's the whole bet.
Hard caps back it up: at least 20 hours between any two messages, and one-click unsubscribe on every send.
barua picks up the timezone from each person's visits and, once it has one, holds every email for a mid-morning window in their day. If you sell to businesses, it keeps to weekdays unless you say otherwise.
barua tags the links that point at your site, on your own URLs. No redirect domain, so the address in the email is your address and the click lands on your site. For the next seven days, clicks and purchases are recorded against that email. One purchase credits one email: the most recent one that reached them before it.
It's attribution. barua tells you what happened after an email, and leaves the word "caused" alone.
Keystrokes and personal text are masked before anything leaves the visitor's device; the privacy page lists the few exceptions.
Everything captured is stored in London, and the pipeline that reads it runs beside it. Deciding and writing a message passes the profile to a model provider in the US; the privacy page names both. Session replays expire after 30 days.
Profiles are built from your site alone. No cross-site tracking, and nothing shared with data brokers. Your people stay yours. The full data page →
