# Barua pricing

Prices are in euros. Monthly plans are based on known people, with a separate
included message allowance. All plans include the same product features.

## What counts as a person

A person has an email address and relevant history, such as a signup or an
order. A visit can count when the optional tag is installed. An address without
history does not count. Suppressed and unsubscribed profiles do not count.

## Billing and allowances

- Annual payment costs ten monthly payments for twelve months of service.
- There is no free plan. There is a 30-day money-back guarantee; request a
  refund from Chris if Barua has not earned its place in that month.
- Exceeding the people limit for two consecutive months moves the plan up.
- There is no per-message overage charge. Exceeding the message allowance
  starts a conversation; sending more alone does not change the plan.

Message allowances are not delivery-throughput guarantees. Workflow runs are
metered separately; no numerical run allowance is implied by this table.
Confirm any workspace-specific run limit during setup.

## Replacing an existing email tool

Barua supports lifecycle email and one-off campaigns to saved segments, including
newsletters. A campaign's prepared email and fixed audience are reviewed before

Receipts and defined order updates usually send within hours. Events expire
after 24 hours, and close-together orders from one customer can produce only
the latest receipt. Keep another sender for immediate delivery or a separate
receipt for every order. Password resets and login codes are not supported.

## Estimating cost

Use the known-people count, excluding empty and suppressed profiles, to choose
a listed tier. Confirm Custom pricing and any unusual sending volume with
[Chris](mailto:chris@barua.ai). Do not treat the starting Custom price as a quote
for every audience size.
